Woodworking Art

July 9, 2011 by Mo Leave a Comment

I have been reading a lot about Greene & Greene lately and my view is woodworking art and craft ia all ones seemless item.I have gotten a couple of green and green books that displays the extraordinary style the two Brothers had. Currently I’m Reading Greene & Greene Creating a Style and i must say is is very interesting . I’m very green in woodworking and does not even barley fall in the amateur category. I follow the TheWoodWhisperer.com and sew he has a very nice Greene and Greene project he is busy with a Adirondack Chair. I also seen numerous other site that have information on Greene & Greene.

To me woodworking is an art that requires skill-set with Certain tools. I trying to learn as much as I can to become a somewhat good woodworker. Time is the real enemy in this whole process, 3 Little-one running a round the house and a full-time Job take 98% all the time I spend awake. So 2% of all my time is spend on woodworking. As time progress and the kids and myself get older I hope to allocate some more time to this Hobby as it stands know. I hope to get my son or daughters interested in woodworking so they can learn and play with the Dad.

Woodworking is a lovely hobby that give you the opportunity to create something beautiful from what God has given us, all I can hope for is to create something that does the wood Justus.
