Today was a very sad day, Steve Jobs passed away and will be sincerely missed. You all might ask what does the man that created Apple have to do with woodworking, well if it was not for his technology that enable us to carry a fully functional media devices during our travels most of us would still have read a magazine or paper on the plane or at the airport. These days in my 4 hour flight I use my iPad 2 to catch up on Woodworking podcast that I don’t not normally get to. With the iBooks portion I had interactive ebooks with me that is very accessible with the swipe of a finger. The genius behind the product that is so small but yet so powerful and brought innovation to almost every aspect of the technology race with the stylish designes and very powerful but yet simplistic software that make the apple what it is. Keep the Jobs family in your prays, at the end of the day he was a father and a husband that will be missed.
