Oak Wooden Spoons

October 5, 2014 by Mo Leave a Comment

A few months ago I got some oak logs from a friend that was milled into small boards. One of these boards with more nots looked like a good one to turn into two Oak Wooden Spoons. This wood be my first spoons and also the first time that I used my scoop chisel.

I just used a basic paper template for the pattern. I saw this on a You tube Video from Paul Sellers. He is a phenomenal wood worker and make stuff very with hand tools.

It an all natural spoon sealed with Raw linseed oil.
