I came across your shop on the wood whisperer and like your blog. I am working on buying some woodworking tools and am considering Laguna. I am curious about your experience with their service, support and machinery. I am thinking of their tss saw, 20×36 lathe, cyclone dust collector and a band saw. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi Jonathan, I love my Laguna tools. The tools are a very good quality in my opinion and their customer service is great. I worked with Tim Lori at laguna and he is an awesome dude and very informed. They are very accommodating and will work with you on what you need. I have had a problem with my lath and the resolved in a timely manner. I have 7 Laguna tools and is very happy with all of them.
